Coastal gastropub cuisine, eclectic wine, handcrafted cocktails, cold beers, laid back livin', all just 133 steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Blurring the boundary between a night in with friends and an evening on the town, we are a locally owned and operated establishment. Our kitchen’s mantra comes from Julia Child: "You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients." In other words, we choose not to get in the way of the food—we’d rather let the ingredients speak for themselves. Hand crafted cocktails and great wines. Let’s make an Aperol spritz… it’s as easy as 3-2-1 🍊

3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 part club soda
Top with ice 🧊 and garnish with an orange slice (or green olive if you want to be Venetian 🫒)

Such a refreshing cocktail! No wonder it’s so popular!

Courtland loves the surf & turf at Shorebreak paired with one of our signature wh***ey cocktails like the Smooth Under Pressure or Yuzugen. The wh***ey is a great combination with the rich and tender short ribs and perfectly seared scallops over creamy risotto 🥃

Let’s make a Wh***ey Sour cocktail

2.5 oz wh***ey (we used Buffalo Trace Distillery )
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white

Dry shake (no ice) to emulsify, then add ice and shake. Double strain into a Nick&Nora glass and garnish with bitters and an Italian cherry 🍒

2 3/4 oz Gin (we used Ford’s)
3/4 oz Luxardo liqueur
1/4 oz Violet liqueur
3-4 oz Fresh lemon juice

Shake over ice, strain, and serve with a cherry to garnish 🍒
