Team Eden and Jam. Anyone still interested in jumping in tomorrow, we will be meeting at Rehoboth Ale House Downtown at noon, get some food and liquid courage, then jump in around 2ish. Help support one of the businesses that has always been good to us. They along with the others downtown are taking a bit of a beating by having the official Plunge canceled.

Big changes are coming to JAM Holdings!

With the Sands Hotel’s proposed expansion gaining final approval, the time has come to relocate our beloved Eden. We hate to leave the Baltimore Ave location we’ve called home for over 20 years but leave we must. Our last hurrah there will be New Year’s Eve 2025.

Don’t worry though, Eden will return just a few weeks later for Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend in a familiar space, the building currently occupied by Red, White & Basil on the south side of Coastal Highway directly across from the intersection with Rehoboth Avenue. In preparation for Eden’s move, Red, White & Basil will close on Sunday November 2nd.

Eden will be the same place you’ve loved all these years, but now with parking!

And while we’re at it…. we’re going to welcome back an old friend, JAM Bistro! We’ve been hearing from JAM Bistro fans throughout 2025 and decided to heed your calls. JAM Bistro will return to a remodeled Coho’s space on Rehoboth Ave complete with an updated bar and patio. To prepare for its return we will bid farewell to Coho’s Market on Sunday, October 26th.

We’re excited for 2026 with new locations for Eden Restaurant and JAM Bistro and we look forward to seeing you soon. Like JAM Bistro, Red, White & Basil and Coho’s hold special places in our hearts and may pop up again in the future. Stay tuned!

Team Eden & JAM started plunging to support Special Olympics Delaware in 2010 and we’ve continued the tradition ever since. This year we’re doing it in memory of Shane Reeder, our original team organizer, who attacked the mission of raising money with the same passion as he lived his life. Unfortunately, we lost Shane this past year, so this fundraising season is in honor of our dear friend.
