You may remember me, I'm Rose Durbin, the woman from Rio de Janeiro. My husband, Rich and I love your restaurant and frequent it as often as possible. We are always eager to go and are always so satisfied with our meal and the wonderful service we receive. We had dinner at Miyagi this past New Year's weekend and had a fantastic meal. Thank you!!! Rich was so happy that he was inspired to compose a tune. He composed, orchestrated and recorded it in two days. He just uploaded it to YouTube. He titled it 'Japanova', based on a fusion of Bossa Nova and a nod to pentatonic-based Asian music. Rich describes the inspiration in the YouTube description and mentions your restaurant specifically... A food-inspired compostion!
