At Theo's, we're ringing in spring with color, freshness, and a crisp glass of Blanc de Blancs to pair 🥂💐

With the warm weather making its debut, we found ourselves needing something bright, colorful, and local. Introducing our latest menu addition: Theo's Market Fish 🐟

Each week, we'll feature the chef's selection of fresh fish - pan-seared or baked - accompanied by seasonal veg. In addition, we've curated a line-up of housemade complements to round out each plate including Beurre Meunière, Beurre Meunière Amandine, Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc, Creole, Mango Salsa (pictured), Chimichurri, or Seared Shrimp.

To celebrate the first day of spring, this weekend's selections include Wild-Caught Salmon and the pièce de résistance - local Chesapeake Bay Rockfish (pictured).

We're very excited to bring these fresh, vibrant flavors to the table. We can't wait for you to try them ✨
