First I would like to start this post by thanking EVERYONE who has stepped through our doors to order a drink, food, both or just to say "hi". The support and friends we've made over the last three years has been more than Gary and I ever expected. With that being said JUST DOWN THE ROAD is just not the same without my husband. We bought the bar together and ran it together. So I have decided to sell and give someone else the opportunity to run the place. Greg and Donna Lee will be doing just that. They will officially take over on August 23rd. This will be my last week here and want to thank all again for the amazing support and friendships . Hope to see many familiar faces again as I pop in periodically. Love, Tracy

I would like to start off this post by thanking everyone for all the prayers, kind words, flowers and gifts for the unexpected loss of Gary. Everyone's support has been incredible and means so much to me and my family as we travel down this new road without him. We will be opening back up at 4 this Wednesday. The hours for the next couple of weeks will be Wednesday thru Friday 4 to close and Saturday 11 to close. I'm hoping to go back to normal hours the last week in July. Thanks for all of your support and understanding during this difficult time.

Because of being short staffed for the holiday weekend and Gary passing away we will remain closed until Wednesday July 7th. We will open back up at 4:00 on the 7th. Thank you for understanding and have a safe 4th of July.

I just wanted to give an update to those wondering what is happening. Gary went into cardiac arrest on Monday and was unable to recover. We made the hardest decision ever and took him off life support. He is an organ donor so we are hoping he will be able to help some people. And if you know Gary at all we told Lifesource his vocal cords are probably worn out. Thank you so far for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. We will be closed all next week and from there will try and get some things figured out. Life is very short- enjoy every day!! Tracy
