We’re keeping things exclusive this year. Instead of every week, we are firing up the smoker for 5 exclusive holiday dates only. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

📅 Mark Your Calendars:
- Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day
- Sunday, June 21 – Father’s Day
- Sunday, July 5 – Independence Day Weekend
- Monday, August 10 – Funday Monday
- Monday, September 9 – Labor Day

The Rules of the Grill:
1. Chef’s Choice Mystery Plate: One epic, curated plate featuring a killer meat, veggie, and comfort carb. We won’t announce the menu until the day of—expect the unexpected (and expect it to be delicious).
2. Strictly Limited: We serve it until it sells out. Once the smoker is empty, you’ll have to wait until next month!
3. Timing: Plates start rolling out at 1:00 PM to ensure everything is smoked to absolute perfection.
