A true crowd-favorite that’s here to stay.
If you haven’t tried our Shrimp Scampi since it returned to the menu, this is your sign! We’re talking perfectly sautéed shrimp, fragrant basil, capers, tomatoes, and shallots, tossed in a velvety white w**e cream sauce over papardelle pasta.

Come taste why this classic had to make its way back to your table.

Meet our Clarified Apple Martini.

Did you know this “milk-washing” technique dates all the way back to the 1700s? Back then, bartenders used milk to strip out harsh flavors and preserve punch before refrigeration existed (even Benjamin Franklin was a fan!).

The magic trick? We gently blend milk into the drink to filter out all the cloudiness and rough edges. Once strained, you’re left with a crystal-clear martini that is impossibly smooth and velvety.

We love it because it looks cool and tastes even better.

Stop by and try it tonight! 🍸

You didn’t think we’d buy our mint syrup, did you?

Here is how we turn fresh mint leaves into that deep, natural emerald syrup:

Flash Boil: 15 seconds in boiling water to unlock flavor.

Ice Bath: Shock instantly in ice water to lock in that vivid green color.

Blend: High speed for 1 full minute with simple syrup to extract every drop of essential oil.

Strain: Fine-strain for a silky, smooth finish.

No artificial dyes, no fake flavors—just pure, house-made mint syrup.

Too much ice? No such thing.

Less ice actually melts faster and waters down your drink. We pack the glass so your last sip stays as balanced as your first.

Here’s our Caipirinha, Papagayo and Chief Lapu Lapu.

We know it. You wouldn’t want it any other way.

Tacos this good don’t wait for Tuesday. 🌮

Our Carne Asada Tacos are packed with tender marinated skirt steak, creamy avocado salsa, pickled red onions, crisp watermelon radish, micro cilantro, and cotija cheese.

Trust us—you’ll want this taco any day of the week. 🔥
