The theme of Hub City Bar & Grill is “bikes, cars, and guitars”; with decor relating to old cars, motorcycles, and live music.! She has been affiliated with the Golden Corral, Kayo's Roadhouse, Northside Bar & Grill, The Pumphouse, and many others. Hub City Bar & Grill was named after the town of Redmond being the "hub" of central oregon since 1910. The decor is transportation themed with old cars

and bikes. The name is a spin off off a hub cap or wheel, which is how you transport from everywhere else to get to the hub of Central Oregon (or to Hub City that is...) This is a clean friendly bar with excellent food and video lottery. There is entertainment of some form 5 nights a week. There is Taco Thursday every week and Flatiron Friday which consists of a marinated steak dinner with starch choice and salad or home made clam chowder for only $12.95. Happy hour specials on food and drinks daily!

We still have restaurant equipment left for sale. A Blodgett oven, flat top grill, charbroiler, 3 low tables (48”) ladder back tall bar stools, and a micromatic brand glycol system with all the parts. We have tables and chairs, restaurant equipment including beverage refrigerators, all restaurant equipment (call 541-923-7101 or 541-410-1930 for full list or come by Hub City after 3 PM any day to see), ice machine, all decor on walls.
