Move in day was a success!! Lots of things to do still but we’ve got all our utilities hooked up and can start getting everything restocked and prepped for opening.
Who’s ready for some pizza this weekend?? Come to Crux this Thursday for our soft opening and let us work all the kinks out with the new menu and location.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there but especially this mother! The Red Road mom, . The women behind the scene making sure the Red Road is running smooth. Thank you for all you do for our little food truck and our family, we wouldn’t be here without you.
Cheers to all the moms today and everyday! Be sure to keep spoiling the moms in your life with pizza in the coming weeks! Opening is getting so close!!

Moving day part #1
We finally get our driveway back at our house!! 😂
The food truck is getting moved to today ahead Monday when we will move the truck into its serving location.
Love seeing that bright green on the road!!
Once we get into our serving location we have to get everything cleaned up, prepped up and our staff back up to Red Road standards. Keep a close on our page and we will let you know our official opening day!!
We can’t wait to get back to serving up the tastiest pizzas 🍕

Incase you’ve been wondering what we are up to after our first week closed… a lot! The prep work to get the trailer ready for its new paint was insane!! We have been in business 9 years and with that central Oregon heat baring down on our black trailer, the old decals had become one with the paint 🫠 So after hours of work put in by the whole family, especially , primer went on yesterday and hopefully color goes on today!! Big shout out to for all the knowledge and help with this massive project.

And we’re out! After 9 years of being mostly stationary, Red Road hit the road and made it safely to Bend. Our lovely trailer will be getting some much needed love for the next couple weeks. A fresh paint job, new flooring and some updated equipment! Keep an eye an out for our official NEW LOCATION and opening date…

This is the man behind all of the success at Red Road,
He had an idea to start something great all those years ago and took the leap to go for it. He has put in so many long days and nights to keep the food truck running. Thru the scary first months to the crazy busy events at . Thru uncertain covid times and running 2 locations at once.
So, when you see Chad this week, be sure to say hi. Tell him a favorite red road memory or just your favorite pizza order. I know he will miss all you loyal customers in Redmond. Chad, you’ve made Red Road what it is today. Cheers to the big move 🍻🍕

Where it all started….
We rented a food truck from a local business and opened up at Bridge 99 Brewery. That first winter was rough, so much snow fell and we were practically camouflaged with the building. We were able to stay open mostly because of friends and family supporting our little food truck (shout to all you originally customers)
In the spring when the snow started to thaw we got an invite to Wild Ride Brewing. And as the say, the rest is history.
Now onto the next chapter in Red Roads story.
