An unforgettable evening at Woodblock in Redmond with Long Shadows Vintners, pairing Washington w**es with a five-course dinner by Chef Jonathan Garcia.

Each course was built around the w**e—seasonal, thoughtful, and meant to be experienced together. What made the night even better was the communal table: strangers sharing stories, learning about the w**es, and leaving feeling a little more connected than when they arrived.
