On Wednesday night we welcomed guests to an inviting and intimate 5-course dinner paired with 5 beautiful wines from Long Shadows Vintners. Matt Wollen, from Long Shadows, is a storyteller and took our guests on a journey through the Long Shadows iconic beginnings, deep rooted foundation, and inspired legacy. Palates danced and were awakened this week. The pairings presented by Chef Jonathan were all so uniquely and thoughtfully executed. What a night.
