The Legend Lives On..

Bull O’ the Woods Saloon was built in 1939 by a gentleman by the name of Dan Zehna. He called it the Silver Spruce Tavern. Since that time, this establishment has been frequented by legends, outlaws and everything in-between. We’ve been known as Mac’s Bar, The Doggone Saloon, Kate & Gary’s and of course Bull O' the Woods. What is now the Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally was actually started right here in this bar believe it or not. Fritz Davis once said, “The Bull is not just a bar. It’s a tourist attraction. It’s an istitution. It’s a pillar of this community.” We at Bull O’ the Woods Saloon are dedicated to carrying on that legacy by offering the largest selection of Beer & Spirits in the area as well as delicious fresh food and live music in a casual and fun atmosphere. We invite you to check out our website to view our extensive beer selection, full menu, and events calendar or better yet, come see us! We are open daily from 11am to midnight and our newly remodeled kitchen is open from 11-9pm daily. The legend lives on!
