What a weekend.
After an incredible Family & Friends night, our Preview Night, and our first Opening Day with the community, opening weekend at Spritzeria is officially in the books.
We’re beyond grateful for the support, excitement, patience, and turnout over these first few days. To say you showed up for us would be an understatement.
Turns out fresh daily ingredients, handmade food, and a packed opening weekend means we officially sold through more burrata and Maltese sausage than we ever imagined possible. 😅
Because of that, we’ll be closed today while we regroup, restock, and fine-tune a few things before returning Wednesday for our full weekly schedule.
Thank you for being part of the very beginning of this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon. 🍹
