✨ Tonight’s Weekend Specials ✨

The kitchen is buzzing, the prep is done, and Chef Dillon has outdone himself with tonight's lineup. Whether you're craving fresh seafood or a classic, hearty cut of meat, we’ve got a table with your name on it.

Here is what’s on the menu tonight:

🍊 Orange Horseradish Encrusted Salmon
A beautiful balance of sweet and heat. We’ve taken a fresh salmon fillet and baked it with a zesty, golden crust of citrus zest and sharp horseradish. It’s vibrant, flavorful, and a total crowd-pleaser.

🦀 Chicken Oscar
An absolute classic, done right. Juicy, grilled chicken breast layered with sweet, tender lump crab meat and crisp asparagus spears, all draped in a rich, velvety house-made hollandaise sauce. Decadence on a plate.

🥩 Chef Dillon’s Prime Rib
The heavy hitter of the weekend. Slow-roasted for hours to melt-in-your-mouth perfection, thickly sliced, and served with traditional rich au jus. Fair warning: this one sells out fast!

Real life vs. the feed! Many of you have seen this physically, but I’ve never actually posted it online.

This is Kevin’s Garden right outside of Dorada. I stepped away for just a few days, and coming back to this growth absolutely caught me by surprise! 🌱

We've got parsley, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, oregano, and so much more absolutely thriving right now. Check out the progress from day one of planting in garden bed to today.
