Hay Camp Brewing Company is Rapid City's first production brewery. We are a nanobrewery that produces small batch handcrafted beers exclusive to onsite sales. The tavern emulates Rapid City's early developmental era, originally established as a hay camp in the Black Hills. With Karl Koth and Sam Papendick being brewers and tavern operators, the customers will be educated on how each beer is unique

and which offering pairs best with their particular taste. We look forward to serving up the best craft brews in town.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the first Summer Nights of the season!
Cohort Craft Brewery and Cabin Beer Co. are back tonight, and we've been approved for open containers, so your beer can go with you anywhere within the Summer Nights boundaries. While you're at it, come say hello to Jason from Cohort.
He's bringing a brand-new lemon meringue sour beer with vanilla wafers that hasn't even tapped at Cohort yet. Check it out here first!
