FAQ’s for Friday pm.
We have reserved tables for the Beal family.
Doors will open at 6:45 for the event and ask that people come in through the main hall doors so that our amazing volunteers can scan tickets. Jim and his crew will be arriving at 5:30 and will need to set up so we want to give them their space. We did not budget ticket pricing w food because we wanted to make sure we could pay Jim as well as generate revenue for the scholarship but we will be donating food for each table (plenty of apps for all) from Joe and I. There will be plenty of space for everyone and we hope you’ll be up dancing and enjoying so tables will just be places we put our things. I want to thank everyone who generously donated a gift card or basket as this scholarship is very near and dear to all of us. We can’t wait to see all of you and have a night to honor Mike. Thank you always to Carol and the entire Beal family for allowing us to host these events
