This cozy warm shop located in the heart of the El Paseo Town Center is both a w**e boutique and a w**e bar. At Uncorked, we offer you a great selection of fine w**es, w**e accessories and gift items at excellent value. Our collection is focused on personally selected smaller w**eries with limited production w**es (and of course the classics). Our sommeliers have tasted all of the w**e offered at the bar and have personally visited many of the w**eries. Our goal is to offer these great w**es in a relaxing atmosphere along with light food and great conversation. Not a w**e Connoisseur? Intimidated by those who are? Well, We are Not A W**e Snob Bar! We offer a large selection of w**es by the glass, flights of w**es, and if you want to taste any of the w**e in the shop, we are happy to open a bottle for you for a small service fee.
