Please be vigilant with your pets. It’s coyote mating season. There have been several sightings. Go out with your pets, especially early morning and dusk at night. Several people have bought loud air horns. Coyotes hate the loud noise. I checked, and they are available on Amazon. Please take precautions!

I have people ask me all the time if anything is for sale up here. The only thing I know of is the Crosby house. Anything else? It’s nice to live in such a great area.

Please watch your pets! There have been several residents who spotted coyotes. They are sneaky and not nice. Small pets are susceptible to attacks. Always know where your pet is. An air horn, by the door or porch is a great idea. If you have problems, yell and be as noisy as possible.
