It’s that time of year again — the season of giving 💙🙌

We’re so thankful to be part of a community that cares, and being able to give back is truly a blessing.

It’s been fulfilling to sponsor this great organization and support their incredible mission through the annual Empty Bowls by the Lake fundraiser. 🥣

Empty Bowls by the Lake 2025…October 18, 11-2…Avon Lake HS!
The bowls are being fired and the soups have been planned. It all comes together next Saturday. Great music and a chance to buy some exciting gifts. And all for a wonderful cause. (Donations can be made at www.EmptyBowlsByTHeLake.org)

One of the exciting experiences offered this year is an overnight couple’s package at Put-in-Bay featuring a plane ride, jet skis, kayaks, caves, and so much more A huge thank you to the PIB community- especially to the wonderful people from Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast, Island Air Taxi, Jet Ski at the Bay, The Goat Soup & Whiskey, Kayak the Bay, Ltd. , Miller Ferry to Put-in-Bay, Fishbowl and Mossbacks, E's Put-in-Bay Golf Carts, Heineman Winery and Crystal Cave , Perry's Cave Family Fun Center & Butterfly House, The Boardwalk and The Upper Deck , Margaritas on the Rock, Reel Bar, Local Color at The Keys, and Sand Bar . Their generosity is going to help our nonprofit provide so many meals for the hungry this winter.

We want to send a huge thank you to Boston Beer Company and especially Suncruiser for sending us to Cincinnati, Ohio for the 2025 Zinzinnati Oktoberfest! 🍻

We had an incredible weekend exploring downtown Cincinnati, meeting fellow restaurant and bar industry professionals, and sharing ideas and experiences that inspire us for the season ahead!

It means the world when our staff is shown appreciation, and this past weekend was one to remember. 💛🇩🇪🥨🇺🇸

A huge thank you to Patrón for sponsoring an incredible poolside party for the Bartenders’ Island Getaway for the United States Bartender Guild right here on Put-in-Bay! 🎉🏝️🍾

Nearly a hundred talented bartenders and like-minded industry pros came together, from Northern Ohio, on the island to share knowledge, network, and of course, soak up the one-of-a-kind island vibes. From poolside laughs to unforgettable conversations, this event was all about building connections and making memories.

We’re so grateful to have hosted such an amazing group, and we can’t wait to invite them back again for more fun, friendship, and island adventures. 🌴

☀️🍹 Day Drinking Social Club took Monday to the next level… Who says Mondays can’t be for the pool ? One of the ladies even joked, “Don’t tell our husbands and boyfriends, they think we’re at work!” 🤣

This incredible group of women travels far and wide chasing sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable memories—and their stop on our island was nothing short of legendary. 🌴✨

We can’t wait to welcome them back for more island adventures, cheers, and good times. Until then, here’s to friendship, fun, and the love of Put-in-Bay! 💛

What a season it’s been! Every Tuesday this summer, International Night has brought islanders and employees together to celebrate music, culture, and community. 🏝️❤️

Happy Labor Day Weekend!! 🇺🇸

We want to give a huge thank you to the Antique Car Parade of Put-in-Bay for making the Sand Bar your final stop on today’s island cruise!

This week’s parade was an incredible sight with 77 classic cars rolling through the island—one of the largest parades yet! It was an honor to have you end your tradition-filled day with us, and we loved seeing the beautiful cars and the community of people who keep these Sunday events alive year after year.

We hope to welcome you back again soon for more memories, more fun, and of course, more Sand Bar hang outs! ❤️
