Loyal BBQ followers - I decided in the summer of 2024 after 10 years that this dream project would not be possible in Loudoun County. So, we sold the corner and moved to Johns Island, SC. I will be providing my high quality competition style barbecue to friends, family, and neighbors. Stay tuned for more details and thank you for following us!

Things are looking good in 2022, property wise and I want to say "Thank You" to all my friends who have patiently waited for an opening day.

Ground Zero - The Rt 9 Roundabout Project & Construction. I have been waiting and working with Loudoun County for the last 7 years on the construction design and impact to my corner. In March I discovered some things that they had done that were not communicated resulting in far less land available to me for build on. I'm working with them now and there is still hope this will get worked out.

My original plans are as follows;

Phase I - Permits to get electric, water and septic turned on. This is where things have stopped for now.

Phase II Concession Trailer - Working with Mobile Kitchens in Manassas and have locked in on the design and will pull the trigger as soon as I get resolution on Phase I

Phase III - Future Post and Beam Barn/Pavilion. I have started working with an amazing Amish builder on my design and construction cost. This Barn will be absolutely stunning so stay tuned.

Phase IV - Construction 6-12 months when ready.

Phase V - Private Opening and Events
