Mark your calendars, we have another South Fork event for y'all! This time, join us as we PRAY FOR SNOW! 🎿❄️ 🏂 We're calling all skiers, snowboarders, and winter lovers across the Palouse! We're bringing the powder to the people with our Pray for Snow Party on Friday, November 6th, from 5:30–8 PM!

Join us on the South Fork patio (with a tent and heaters, of course) for ski and snowboard films, winter b**rs, food from our food truck, raffle prizes, and good company as we get ready for another season on the mountain!

Your ticket includes a food truck item, a winter-style b**r or non-alcoholic drink, a raffle entry, and a commemorative pint glass and sticker!

If you know South Fork, there’s a good chance you know Bridget, even if she does her best to avoid being in front of the camera. 😉 Today, we’re giving our GM a very well-deserved shoutout!

Bridget does a whole lot more than manage the restaurant. She’s there keeping things moving on busy nights, helping make our catering events happen, jumping in wherever she’s needed, and making sure both our guests and our team are taken care of.

But what makes Bridget so special to us truly goes beyond the job. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and supports our team through the things happening both inside and outside of South Fork.

We may have to sneak a photo of her every once in a while, but we’ll never miss an opportunity to say how lucky we are to have her leading this crew! Happy Boss’s Day, Bridget! ❤️

Last weekend, our South Fork crew had the opportunity to donate and serve dinner for the PHS Booster Auction! 💙

Being part of the Pullman community means more to us than just serving meals at the restaurant. It means showing up in our community, supporting our local schools, and giving back to the people and organizations that make this town such a special place to call home.

We're grateful to have been part of an evening dedicated to supporting Pullman High School and its students. A big thank you to the PHS Boosters for all they do for our community and for letting us play a small part in it! Go Hounds!

Spooky season plans = taken care of. 👻🎃

Pumpkin Carving Date Night is back at South Fork! Join us on Thursday, October 29th, from 6–8 PM for an evening of pumpkin carving, festive drinks, and a little fall fun!

This year, we're taking the festivities outside to our patio (don't worry, we'll be under a tent with heaters, so you can enjoy the crisp fall air while staying cozy)! We'll provide pre-gutted pumpkins, carving and painting tools, and stencils. All you have to bring is your creativity!

🎟️ Adult tickets include a pumpkin, a festive fall drink, roasted pumpkin seeds for snacking, and entry into our raffle supporting local Pullman businesses!

👧 Kids' tickets include a mini pumpkin to paint, their own cozy drink, and roasted pumpkin seeds for snacking!

Pulled pork deserves a little recognition around here. 🙌 For National Pulled Pork Day, we’re celebrating the house-smoked pork that makes its way into a few South Fork favorites!

Go for the Palouse Pork Nachos, piled with Cougar Gold cheese sauce, cheddar, black beans, corn, jalapeños and pico. Grab the Stadium Way Tacos with pulled pork, coleslaw, pico and chili-lime aioli. Or keep it classic with our Pulled Pork Sandwich, topped with coleslaw, BBQ mayo, tomatoes and pickles. You can even add pulled pork to our Famous Mac & Cheese. 🤤

A little something new for the season at South Fork! 🍂 Our October specials are bringing some rich, comforting flavors to the table, with three dishes that are a little different from our everyday menu!

The Virginia Slammer (AKA Cornbread Skillet)
Housemade cornbread diced and folded with black forest ham, gruyere cheese, and topped with a decadent bechamel sauce and honey drizzle.

Pan Fried Dover Sole
Seasoned and pan fried Dover Sole, served on creamy orzo with spinach and parmesan, topped with browned butter and fried sage.

Chicken Marsala
Two thinly sliced chicken cutlets lightly breaded with seasoned herb flour, then pan fried and simmered in a marsala pan sauce with a fresh blend of mushrooms and served over spaghetti.

Everyone say hey Kallee! 👋 Kallee is part of our expo team and a student at the University of Idaho, where she’s studying Psychology with a minor in Addictions Studies.

Her South Fork order of choice? The Pulled Pork Tacos. 🌮

When we asked Kallee about her favorite part of working at South Fork, the answer was easy: the people. Whether it’s the team she works alongside or the guests coming through the doors, it’s the people who make South Fork what it is.

We’re lucky to have Kallee as part of our crew! Be sure to say hi next time you see her around the restaurant. ❤️

Happy Cougar Football Saturday! 🏈🐾 If you’re making your way to Martin Stadium, start game day with us at Kickoff at the CUB! The South Fork crew will be back behind the bar three hours before kickoff, pouring drinks and getting ready to cheer on the Cougs alongside you.
