This one's a bit overdue, but also right on time! Meet Luke 👋🏼 Luke has been part of the South Fork team for a while now, but he was recently promoted to Back of House Lead!

He's our go-to guy for keeping things running smoothly in the kitchen. And as for ordering off the menu? He's torn between the Guacamole Chicken (but sub beef patty 👀) and the Lettuce Wraps.

His favorite part about working at South Fork is simple: the people. "There’s nowhere else like it."

It's a familiar part of life in a college town... One group graduates, moves away, or heads off to their next adventure, and before long, a new group is learning the ropes!

We've welcomed quite a few new faces to the South Fork team recently as some of our longtime employees finished up their time in Pullman. While we're sad to see them go, we're excited for the new team members stepping in to carry on the tradition!
