Walter's Brewery & Taproom Walter's Beer The Walter Brewing Company in Pueblo, CO was founded by Martin Walter in 1889. The brewery closed in 1975.

After almost 40 years, Walter's Beer is back! In 2014, a group of Pueblo natives purchased the facility and obtained the recipe for the Original Walter's German Pilsner - a pre-prohibition treat - History in a Glass. In addition to reintroducing a classic, Walter's Brewery also has a locally renowned Chile Pilsner, as well as many other varieties of beer available, including a brew for every season.

We're excited to welcome Philly Flavors CO and Kinda Like Ice Cream to Walter's Brewery & Taproom this Thursday!
Starting at 4 PM, Philly Flavors CO will be serving up authentic Philly cheesesteaks made with ingredients sourced straight from the real deal. Whether you're a cheesesteak purist or looking for a plant-based option, they'll also be bringing their popular vegan menu!

And because every great meal deserves dessert, Kinda Like Ice Cream will be joining us with their delicious 100% plant-based frozen treats. With the warmer weather finally here, it's the perfect excuse to cool off with something sweet.
