During the last few weeks we wanted to try and open the kitchen on Sundays but as we have tried it we have decided that we will go back to the kitchen being closed on Sundays. Hopefully in the Near future we will be able to have our Sunday regulars come back to have their Sunday Funday drinks. Until that day comes the Sunset will be closed on Sundays.
Our hours will be Monday-Saturday 11AM to 7:30PM
Open for take out and patio seating.
Holiday hours:
New Years Eve-Closing at 4:00
New Years Day- Closed

Due to the amazing out pour of support from our community we are so sorry to say we had to close the kitchen tonight because we ran out of food.🤦‍♀️ we were not prepared for this. So sorry for the inconvience Pueblo is full of amazing local restaurants to choose from keep supporting us all. We all are in this together!!

We want to thank everyone that has reached out to us after watching our story on CNN. We appreciate you all for the kind words, well wishes and of course the business. Many have asked how they can help and the truth is during this time what ALL the small businesses are needing is for our communities to please shop local. If you are in Pueblo there are amazing restaurants to choose from and we all want all our restaurants to get through this horrible time. But we can not get through this all without you! Please please order take out from your local restaurants. If not in the Pueblo area please just order from a local place in your town. That is the best way anyone can help all the small businesses in our communities. This story from CNN is about our family and the Sunset Inn, however we are speaking on behalf of all the small businesses that are all in this same hard time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we always appreciate our Sunset customers, friends and family.

For almost four decades, the Sunset Inn Bar and Grill was a thriving, beloved family-owned business in Pueblo, Colorado, famous for its version of sloppers -- a local dish -- its generosity to the community and its welcoming atmosphere, where everyone was treated like family.
