There's been an occasional chill in the air at night, and we all know what that means: fall seasonal b**r, football, and sweater weather! We have a bunch of new stuff coming your way over the next month:

🍸Cocktail menu: Finally out soon! We'll have a lot of the classics as well as several new drinks we're concocting!

🥪 Food menu: Our Pueblo Chile Grilled Cheese, Cuban, and Orange Chipotle Pork Tacos will be permanently back soon! Also mahi tacos and sandwiches, 1/4 lb dogs, expanded salad and mac n cheese menus, babyback ribs, kid's menu, and more!

🏈 We will start opening for lunch and dinner on Mondays (which means we'll be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week) starting next Monday as we gear up for the football season. We also are working on getting a couple projectors up for the season as well. Stayed tuned for game-time specials!

🍺Back on tap this week: Eddyline Boater B**r, Weldwerks Juicy Bits, Angry James Mountain Red, Toppling Goliath Pseudo Sue, and Boulevard Berry Noir. We also have a ton of upcoming releases: in addition to the two Oktoberfests (4 Noses and Fair State) currently on tap we will have versions from Westbound & Down, Lawson's Finest Liquids, Wibby, and Ska. Also coming up are Epic's Son of a Baptist Stout, Telluride Tangerine Blonde, Weldwerks Pina Colada, 3 Floyds Zombie Dust, Elevation 8 Second Kolsch, Ommegang Rare Vos, Von Trapp Dunkel, La Cumbre Slice of Hefen, Red Leg Howitzer

Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding while we took care of some necessary kitchen maintenance and operated with a limited menu.

We’re excited to say that Reservoir Brewing is back to full operation—and our entire menu is available again! 🍔🍺

Our hearts go out to all of those affected by the Aspen Acres Fire and we would like to offer a free meal to anyone who has been displaced by the fire -- just let your server know. Hopefully the fire gets under containment soon!

Introducing Dinner from Maine B**r Company, a very special double IPA.

So special in fact, that we will only sell it to you 10 ounces at a time.

Boasting an 8.2% ABV this limited release IPA features Citra, Falconer's Flight, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.

It's 94.3 Kilo Pint Night this Saturday! This year's pint glass band is Avenged Sevenfold -- Kilo will also be giving away some tickets to their show at Ball Arena. There will also be limited edition Reservoir Brewing/Kilo pint glasses available!

New on tap: Mother Earth Cali Creamin' Creamsicle (orange vanilla cream ale), 3 Floyds Zombie Dust (pale ale), Russian River Velvet Glow (helles l***r), Coronado Weekend Vibes (IPA), Peculier Ales Strawberry Watermelon Hoochie Daddy (sour), Snake River Jenny Lake (Vienna-style l***r)

On tap soon: Weldwerks Little Man Space Ju**ie (black raspberry chocolate sour), Elevation 8 Second Kolsch, Westbound & Down Italian Pils. We were also able to snag a few kegs from the last Maine B**r Company drop this year: Lunch, Little Whaleboat, and a very limited amount of Dinner.

Parking for Saturday's event: feel free, as always, to use the parking spaces along the adjacent buildings after 5 PM. There's also some parking and an entrance (via the glass doors) at the back of the building.

We have decided to close today in order to get some equipment installed, do some maintenance, and get prepped up for the rest of the week. Sorry for any inconvenience and we'll see you tomorrow for 75 cent wings!
