Located in Downtown Providence, this regional cuisine is inspired by neighborhood-driven values & Rhode Island’s history in farming, purveying, & artisanship. At Sarto, we believe that poring over the details is always worth it; and that the joys of a meal go far beyond the food itself. In keeping with Italy’s authentic, old-world traditions, we’ve approached our menu in much the same way an Italian chef opening a restaurant here in America might ── with dishes composed of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, that honor our region in a modern way.
