Anchor ANCHOR Providence is a repurposed warehouse space that has grown into a community of innovative artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.

At ANCHOR, we share a love of creativity, productivity, and networking, as well as a supportive workplace environment. With high ceilings, white box units flooded with light, and plenty of room to hang out, the space invites inspired and driven individuals. The facility boasts 13 office studios, 8 artist studios, a shared conference room, restrooms, a mailroom, and a gallery. It just feels fun to

work here! So, you want more than just a workspace? How about 24-hour access, all utilities included, high speed WiFi, kitchenette, gallery exhibits and openings, regular events and networking opportunities, neighboring woodshop and letterpress print shop, oh yeah - and a ping pong table! Our gallery can also be rented for exhibits and events - there is no rental fee for tenants!
