h an additional 40 seats on the balcony, perched 18 feet over Prior Lake. Below, Charlie’s has two levels of lakeside dining, along with a retail space for Charlie’s merchandise and ice cream. Charlie’s is also home to a marina for visits to the restaurant, as well as seasonal slip rentals.
