Our friends from Star Union Spirits will be here Thursday at 5PM showcasing their brand new 7YR Reserve Rum! 🥃 Crafted from premium Louisiana first-boiled sugarcane molasses, this exceptional rum is aged for five years in whiskey barrels before spending an additional two years finishing in a sherry cask!

The result is a rich, elegant, and remarkably complex spirit that balances the natural sweetness and depth of aged Gold Rum with the refined, dry character imparted by the sherry wood. Layers of caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit, and warm spice unfold across the palate, leading to a long, sophisticated finish with notes of fig, raisin, and subtle nuttiness.

Bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), this cask-finished rum delivers both power and finesse, making it equally rewarding neat, over a large cube, or as the foundation for an elevated cocktail.

Ok you guessed it! It’s our Dragon's Milk Toasted Origin Single Barrel Bourbon “Nilla Wafers”! We are quite honored to be the first IL bar and retailer to have the opportunity to select and release one of these incredible barrels of Michigan bourbon. We know you’ll love it just as much as we do!
