We are happy to announce that TODAY is the first day of a new Family-owned sit-down restaurant in Princeton! YEP - our beloved BSB is now an Italian Grill and we were there last night to check it out...love what they've done with the place!

It's BYOB until they get through the red tape to get their licenses at which time you will be able to order your favorite mixed drink!

Right now they will be serving from 11 am - 9 pm... please show them some love and eat some great Italian favorites 😋

It is with deep sorrow and empty pockets that we are announcing the closing of Big Spray Brewing. Our last day of food service will be Friday, 10/20/2023. We will be at the Princeton Fall Fest on Saturday, 10/21/2023, serving up beer for the last time.

To our loyal customers, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND PATRONAGE!! We will definitely miss you all and will cherish the relationships we have built over the 3 years that we have been in business!

We had hoped that the Princeton community would have supported one of their own. We thought decently priced in-house brewed craft beer, large servings of good food and a laid-back 'sports bar' atmosphere would be enough to achieve our dream but that's not the way things have played out.

So, come on in and have your favorites before they are gone...
