HELP WANTED @ THE RETREAT 🍺

Turns out cold beer, good food, and questionable life advice don’t magically happen on their own.

We’re looking for bartenders and kitchen help to join the chaos. Around here, customers become family… mostly the kind that raids your fridge, gives unsolicited advice, and somehow stays three hours after saying “we should probably get going.”

If you can handle a busy day or night, laugh through the nonsense, and survive Midwest small-town sarcasm, you’ll fit right in.

We know you look forward to the daily promos, but Heather got it in her head she was tech-savvy today.
Turns out… she is not.

It’s Tuesday… which means it’s burger day at The Retreat. 🍔
We start you off right with a $5 hand-pattied quarter-pound burger—
after that, it’s your world.
American, Swiss, pepper jack…
lettuce, tomato, onion…
mushrooms, olives, blue cheese…
bacon, jalapeños…
hell, throw another patty on it if you’re feeling ambitious.
Build it how you want it—just know the more wild you get, the more it’ll show up where it counts. 😉
