Los Pinos has partnered with Abundance International Cuisine, we are the perfect place to host your holiday party or special event at our location or at any other location. Beautiful memories have been made on this historic site since 1931. We're always pleased to hear from guests who met or got married here, celebrated birthdays, or the birth of a new family member. Grab your dancing shoes and join us at 1245 White Spar Road in Prescott for a new social dance club. We will be dancing to live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 5:00-8:00 pm on our gigantic wooden floor. Cover charge is $10.00 per person or $15.00 for couples. Cocktails are available. Ring in the New Year with good music, good food and good friends! Los Pinos is the place to be on New Year's Eve with Alan Hawkrader playing live music from 6 pm until midnight. We will be serving a special menu and all of our specialty dishes as well as Mexican staples like tacos, enchiladas and tamales. Raise your glasses for a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Los Pinos is open and ready to serve you. Tonight we have Latin dance class from 7-8 pm. The class is open to both new and experienced dancers and is complimentary. Thursday and Friday night we will have live music and dancing with Alan Harkrader. Los Pinos is open from 4-8 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 4-9 on Friday and Saturday. Come join us for some Mexican classics like enchiladas, or fajitas or try one of our specialty dishes like Chicken Poblano. Our full bar is mixing up Margaritas, Mexican Coffee ā˜•ļø and all your favorite spirits. Bring your appetite and dance moves to Los Pinos this week. We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you. Los Pinos will be closed for the month of January.

Formerly ā€œThe Pine Cone Innā€ and now ā€œLos Pinosā€

Most Prescott residents will remember the Pine Cone Inn as a Prescott, Arizona, landmark, established in 1932. It has been a gathering place for all ages and for all walks of life, locals as well as visiting guests from out of town, for over 85 years. In August of 2017, the Aldaco family purchased the Pine Cone Inn and renamed it Los Pinos (The Pines). The family has remodeled the former Pine Cone Inn without altering the original feeling of warmth and beauty, intermingled with excellent food, entertainment and accommodations for special events.

The Aldaco family originated from Jalisco, MX. and have been in the restaurant business for many years. They relocated to Chino Valley in 2002. Mr. & Mrs. Aldaco have owned and operated the extremely popular and very successful Casa Grande Restaurant in Chino Valley for the past 15 years. The family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and the proprietor of restaurants in California, Arizona, Texas and Guadalajara, MX. Most of their success is attributed to their commitment to preparing excellent food. . .homemade and original recipes of their grandmother Engracia and their uncle Carlos Hernandez. Their grandmother is remembered and honored by the family throughout the restaurant, where several of her personal belongings are displayed.

Will Aldaco, as the managing proprietor of Los Pinos is completely dedicated and committed to providing a wonderful environment for the residents of Prescott, i.e. families, individuals, date night, etc., as well as visitors, to come and enjoy excellent authentic Mexican food, along with featured special menus, a beautiful warm and inviting atmosphere with a variety of featured entertainers for your enjoyment. Will is determined to continue the legacy of this beautiful restaurant, formerly the Pine Cone Inn, by providing you an opportunity to create new memories for years to come at Los Pinos.

The official Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting was in December 7, 2017 and was attended by our newly elected mayor, the Honorable Greg Mengarelli, along with several other high level elected officials of Prescott, including representation from the County Board of Supervisors and the Arizona State Legislatorā€™s Office. Among the guests were several dignitaries from the Chamber of Commerce and itsā€™ members.
