Italy on the Grill was the perfect way to spend a summer evening with our young chefs and their families. 🇮🇹🔥
Together we wrapped fresh asparagus in prosciutto and finished it with a bright lemon vinaigrette, grilled pizzas topped with mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, and prepared rosemary and garlic pork chops alongside sizzling Italian sausages with peppers and onions. To end the night, everyone enjoyed creamy zabaglione gelato for dessert.
These classes are about more than cooking—they’re about making memories, trying new flavors, and sharing time together around the table. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this delicious summer workshop!
