Course #1. Perogies. Crispy Hungarian Kolbasa Sausage, Roasted Roma Tomatoes, Micro Kale salad. Paired with Rainy Daze Nitro English Ale

Course #2. Mixed Green Salad. Grapefruit, Nectarine, Herbed Goat Cheese, Candied Papitas Tossed With Grapefruit Champagne Vinaigrette. Paired with Rainy Daze Pusher man IPA

Course #3. Rainy Daze BBA Klass Vaak Braised Pork Belly with Grilled Potato and Leek Cake, Warm Red Cabbage and Bosc Pear Salad. Paired with Barrel Aged Klass Vaak.

Course #4. Beer-a-Misu. Our Take on the Traditional. Lady Finger Cookies Bathed in Rainy Daze Hall and Oats Stout, Layered with Mascarpone Custard, and topped with Cocoa and Shaved Chocolate. Paired with Mike's special brew Hall n Oats.
