An annual event with a Nordic Market, the Maistang pole raising, folk dancing, a Viking parade, a summer solstice proclamation reading, and a massive bonfire at the waterfront. The Vikings bonfire time has been changed to 7:00 PM. Come join the fun

Only two more soup Wednesdays left! This Wednesday the 17th Shirley is making her famous clam chowder! $5 a bowl 100% donation to the lodge general fund. Service starts at 4:30 until sold out. Keep an eye out for June 24th’s last soup event. Chef Dusty will cook his last soup of the season that Wednesday! In July Tuesday Night Dinners kick off, and then soup will resume in the fall again.

June 20th!!

The Nordic Market begins at 10am upstairs inside of the Lodge. Shop local crafters, Scandinavian goods, art, jewelry and more. Grab a burger from our volunteer fundraiser, then head out to hear some traditional music and dance performed by our Leikarringen groups. Make a free flower crown, watch as we raise the May Pole, and join this family friendly event in dance or celebrate by observing. Later in the evening the Vikings will light the summer bonfire 🔥
This annual event is free and is open to all.

Viking Fest is coming!! If you’d like to volunteer in the Beer Garden this year, please come see Koleen in the Trolls’ Den this Wednesday to get signed up for a shift. We need:
• Beer Pourers
• Wine/Mimosa pourers
• Ticket/Merch Sales
• ID checkers
• Security
• Set-up/Tear-Down Crews

You were us.
At the Sons, the Vikings, or as a dinosaur. You were us.
The Trolls’ Den, the Eagles, the Vikings walking down Front Street, and then the bonfires.
We knew you, and we loved you.
You were always there.

You raised us all.

You’re gone, and it is our loss.

You fought, and we were there with you, for you.
You were strong, as we all knew you would be,
But God called.
We know you have risen,
but our hearts, our memories, are forever filled with you.
You, Jim, are forever in our memories and our hearts.
