And it was this richness in flavor that inspired owner, Kim Tomlinson, to create Burrata Bistro. With over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry, Kim has “done it all” in the restaurant business from working the back to the front—from the kitchens to the front door. Having perfected this, she has furthered her art by specializing in desserts and authentic dishes of Europe. With Burrata Bistro, Kim has taken her extensive knowledge of the business, combined it with her passion for flavor and created a place of exceptional food, at affordable prices, in an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and community. Featuring authentic Italian cuisine in a comfortable, yet elegant setting in downtown Poulsbo.
