Located in the rehabilitated Mill House, Mill House Brewing Company offers a warm, historic and visually appealing setting, casual, yet professional service, food cooked from as close to the source as possible, and artfully crafted ales. For our team, this means the commitment to the amazing farmers, cheese makers, and other artisans that make the Hudson Valley such an amazing place to live. At Mill House Brewing Company, our philosophy is simple: provide a complete Hudson Valley dining experience, showcasing the region’s most delicious offerings of food, and beer.

There may be a lot of new items on our menu and even some staples that are gone (RIP Poutine) but our Truffled Short Rib Gnocchi didn’t and isn’t going anywhere. Delicious, rich, and flavorful, it’s perfect for these cooler nights.

New menu coming next Wednesday! More than just some new items, we’re doing a massive overhaul of our menu. That means you can expect an entirely new design with some staple item favorites leaving the menu. While we can’t disclose the exact changes just yet, we highly recommend you come and enjoy your favorites before next Wednesday in case your staple Mill House go-to is gone before you know it.

📸: Coconut Shrimp • Fried coconut breaded shrimp, pineapple salsa, bang bang sauce, and microgreens. One of the items leaving our menu this next time around.

The Dutchess County Fair starts today which means you can grab a pint of DC Fair Ale while you’re there! The past three years we offered a Pale Ale but this year is a more approachable Kölsch-style ale. Available during fair week only on site, you can grab it everywhere b**r is sold on the grounds; Fosters at the Fair, B**r & W**e Garden, and Grandstand Side Bar. Grab a pint, snap a pic, and tag it with both Mill House Brewing Company and for a chance to be featured! Dutchess County Fairgrounds
