🌞 Incredible Weekend! ❤

Thank you to everyone who vistied this weekend! It was packed and we sold out of smoked meats nearly every single day this whole week!

Shout out to the BLACK ROCK ROOKIES who had their second annual summer bash - raising money for a Make-A-Wish here in Schuylkill County! We think they'll raise $10,000 this year which is enough for TWO wishes! They have their BATTLE OF THE BANDS coming up too on July 18th!

🍻 REMEMBER: Next week is Fathers Day Weekend - what he wants is a day at the ROCK! See you soon!

✅ SUNDAY funday has extended hours till 3pm! Loaded bloody marys, ci**rs available for purchase, live acoustic music... and maybe water balloons again? The absolute BEST way to spend a Sunday afternoon and still be able to do things later in the evening!

😎 Weekend is almost here...

We're getting ready! New food and magnets today! It's the perfect day to sit outside in a shaded beer garden with a cold one!

🥩 BRISKET LINKS - made with our brisket, it's a sausage with jalapeno and cheddar and they are delicious! Completely made in house!

🐖 PORK LOIN - we've been menu testing this for about 2 months, and the staff is obsessed. We take a pork loin and braid the meat after heavily seasoning, smoke it, and then serve it. It's shockingly delicious and tender, and you have to give it a try!

These beef short ribs are trimmed in seasoned and then smoked low and slow, Texas style on our offset smoker using locally sourced kiln-dried seasoned oak.

🐖 Braided smoked pork loin on the menu by the end of the week! Only $6/LB!

💨 Brisket getting smoked for 13 hours today!

🦖 New menu testing with Beef Dino Rib which will be a special for Father's Day!

🌭 Smoked sausages that we make in-house will be dropping this weekend too! Pictured are our jalapeno cheddar!

🐄 In the metal pan those are the fat trimmings from the brisket being turned into tallow!
