We’re thrilled to welcome Ewan Amis for our fourth chef-in residence, a collaboration between Maxfields and CABIN Artist Residency.

Ewan will stay with us over the next two months. Each week presenting a new a la carte menu to be ordered in addition the fall Maxfields menu. In addition, Ewan will cook a daily artist lunch for $11, available to both the CABIN artist resident and locals. This week will be French Onion Risotto.
