A bottle rooted in North Idaho, with a purpose that reaches even further. Our π’π©πžπœπ’πšπ₯ π…π¨π«πœπžπ¬ 𝐀𝐩𝐩π₯𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 is a small but mighty 375ml release, bringing together rich apple character, warm spice, and the craftsmanship that goes into everything we make at Up North.

More importantly, every bottle helps us give back. A portion of proceeds from this release supports the Idaho Veterans Home, making each bottle an opportunity to honor and support those who have served.

A classic, with an 𝑼𝒑 𝑡𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 π’•π’˜π’Šπ’”π’• πŸ₯ƒπŸŠ Our Honey Spirits Smoked Old Fashioned takes everything we love about the original and gives it a taste of North Idaho. Barrel Reserve Honey Spirits bring a smooth, subtly sweet depth to the glass, balanced with bitters and finished with a twist of orange.

A simple twist. An award-winning pour. πŸ₯ƒ

Similar to the beautiful hills and mountains of North Idaho, this Single Malt Wh**ky is worth exploring time and again. It is aged for a minimum of two years in American Oak barrels from Kentucky. It delivers an abundance of flavors, with a hint of brown sugar and caramelized fruit with the perfect oak nuances.

Our distillery, located in the picturesque mountain valley of Post Falls, Idaho, is blessed with a wealth of agricultural products and some of the purest water in North America. We take pride in our β€˜farm to flask’ approach, using locally sourced honey, grains, and fruits to craft unique spirits that are a true reflection of our local terroir, tantalizing your taste buds and delighting your soul. We pride ourselves on being a true craft distillery, creating small-batch spirits by hand. Since 2015, we have been releasing award-winning spirits that evoke the magic of the Inland Northwest.
