Sale of Items Due to Downsizing**

Good day everyone,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to inform you that we are conducting a sale of items due to my sister-in-law moving to a care age facility, which requires significant downsizing. To manage this transition smoothly, items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that I will be out of town assisting with her move and will not return until the 15th of Nov .

To reserve an item, a deposit is necessary. This deposit ensures that the item is held for you until my return, at which point you can view it and decide on the purchase. Please be assured that deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed after viewing.

April 9, 2017 was the last time Louie's opened its doors for service. It was almost one year ago. Initially, we thought we would be back up and running by this past summer. Well, that didn't quite work out, and it will be some time still until the building is ready for us to return. We DO still have every intention of returning!
Since the fire, the support from the surrounding community has out shined any despair that could have set in. You have lifted us up - emotionally, financially, socially and logistically - simple things like sharing a walk-in cooler or offering prep space so we can pull off a pop-up event. Thank you. It really has meant the world to us.
And now to finally move forward...
It gives us great pleasure to announce that we are the new proprietors of The Carriage House. We are so excited. So excited to get back to work, back to serving, back to seeing our staff everyday and to seeing our friends as guests in our restaurant.
It is an honor and a privilege to continue the tradition of great food and warm hospitality that the staff of The Carriage House has come to be known for. Here's to keeping it going! See you this Spring.

It was such a privilege to work side by side with chef Ben and Jen . Many thanks to them both for sharing their restaurant with us last night. Many thanks also to our staff and our guests that we're able to join us. It was a spectacular celebration of food, friends and wine!
