Kitchen Team Member (Dishwasher / Expeditor / Line Cook Support)
Location: Graze at Concentric Brewing Company – Portland, CT
Job Type: Part-Time (20+ hours/week)

Position Overview‼️
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This is a versatile role ideal for someone who enjoys working in different areas of the kitchen and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
➡️You will help support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation and order flow, and stepping onto the line when needed during busy service periods. This position reports directly to the Chef

Responsibilities
* Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
* Expedite food orders and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
* Assist with food prep and support line cooks during service
* Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
* Support the Chef and kitchen team with daily operations as needed

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
‼️Schedule & Availability‼️
* Afternoon and evening shifts
* Availability Wednesday through Sunday required
* Minimum of 20 hours per week
