Eastburn Breakfast Tostadas 🌮- Fried tortillas topped with scrambled eggs, pico and nopales cactus, drizzled with house made cilantro crema and salsa verde served with a bed of lettuce and pickled onions

Chef’s Eastburn Benedict- “Eastburn Burger Benny” 🍔
- 2 mini burger Pattie’s on buns with lettuce, tomato, white cheddar cheese, 2 poached eggs and hollandaise topped with pickled onions and served with breakfast potatoes

Hope y'all had a good night last Wednesday. I'm out in Philly and as you can tell by my Hawaiian shirt, am very much on vacation.

I really love all the old brick buildings out on the east coast. So I think a good writing prompt for this week would be "brick" .
