Oak Union - Oak King FH West Coast IPA
6.8%. Pineapple, passionfruit, and citrus tear through a wall of dank pine and cracker malt, and the finish comes as dry as the season it was pulled from.

Oak Union - 42 Sins FH Pale Ale
5.2%. Alora hops, grown in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Notes of stone fruit, citrus, and pine waft through a fresh cut field. Crisp, sharp, and dank, this Pale Ale is worth the Sin.

Grains of Wrath - Conefall of Waning Light
Fresh Hop West Coast IPA brewed with fresh Simcoe hops from Coleman Agriculture. Notes of candied pineapple, tropical mango, piney resin, and vibrant hop nectar.

We kick things off this Thursday 9/17 with the inaugural GOSCHIE DAY.

Oregon's legendary hop queen Gayle Goschie's birthday is September 17 and perfectly timed up with the fresh hop season! As a 3rd generation Oregon hop farmer Gayle grew up riding tractors & developing an acute relationship with hops, soil, climate, agriculture & b**r. A 2023 Oregon B**r Awards hall of fame inductee, Gayle Goschie has for decades pioneered farming practices from Organic to Salmon-Safe, and cultivates everything from w**e grapes to barley that is now being malted as Goschie Promise.

Goschie Farms hops are some of the first and best hops out of the fields in Silverton, OR. The pop-up Fresh Hop Pop-Up B**r Fest is honored to celebrate the inaugural Goschie Day as our kickoff event w/ 10 b**rs all hopped with Goschie farms fresh hops.
