Sauce of the Month: Tongue Thai’d (4/10🌶️)
A longtime FOTM favorite. Thai-inspired and loaded with salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavor—made with vinegar, soy sauce, sambal oelek, cilantro, and fresh jalapeño.
Dry Rub of the Month: Jamaican Jerk (8/10🌶️)
Earthy allspice, sweet cinnamon, punchy herbs, and Birdseye creeper powder for a slow-building kick. Bold, fragrant, and seriously good.
Featured Draft: Shady Pines IPA (6.0% ABV) 🍻
A refreshing IPA brewed with 2-row malt and rye, then finished with Pacific Northwest hops for a piney hop character and pleasant bitterness. Brewed in cahoots with Shady Pines Radio - Join us at Fremont on June 6th for the release party with Shady Pines!
