Mindy Crosato started Decadent Creations out of her house in 2010, up at midnight baking, selling all day at the farmers market, one woman and a dream. In 2017 she opened her brick and mortar in Portland, and then opened a commissary kitchen next door to support other scratch food businesses because that’s just who she is.

Oh and she’s also a Chopped champion. Season 23, chocolate rush. No big deal.

So excited to welcome our neighbor from the north - Melissa Miranda Melissa Miranda owner of Musang in Seattle’s historic Beacon Hill neighborhood and Kilig in Seattle’s Filipinotown. We love Melissa’s commitment to community spaces and believing sitting around a table is something bigger than just food. She gets it. Of course we’d be lying if we said we weren’t also excited about what’s she going to cook up with the Gado Gado team 👀

Our dear (and extremely talented) friend Christina christina topacio ∙ creative partner ∙ storyteller of SALO SALO ∙ culinary studio · grazing + events is coming to town from the Bay area! Her dining experiences are rooted in flavor and culture, are design-forward and evoke (and create!) memories. We first worked with Christina on a pop-up for a maker’s market where she served tacos and since then, we’ve been dreaming up the perfect scenario to showcase her skills in Portland. Her food, her creative eye, her energy…it’s unmatched. ♥️

She’ll be collaborating with the Pamana crew at The Hoxton for our kick-off party on Friday, October 9th. Tickets launching this week!
