WHAT THE DUCK?

1/3 lb burger with seared pancetta, a duck egg, onion, and sauce Gribiche. That's just the name for some silly whipped egg yolk, cornichon, caper, sundried tomato, olive oil, and tarragon stuff.

I have given myself the gout. I need to take a shower after eating this.

Ceviche's cooler cousin. We made ours with bay shrimp, salmon, clams, a little halibut, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, green peppers, Anaheim chilis, onion, cilantro, olives, lime, and a couple secret things. Never gonna tell you what they are. Unless you ask.
