To our loyal customers, friends, family, and neighbors,
After many heartfelt conversations, we want to share an update with our community.
Taco Pedaler’s brick-and-mortar location will be closing soon. For now, we plan to remain open through the end of December (closed 12/24–12/25 and 12/31–1/1), with plans beyond that still being finalized.
We are currently exploring opportunities for someone to take over the space — whether that’s a new restaurant concept, pop-ups, events, or other creative possibilities. Our hope is to find the right fit to continue bringing life and food to the space that has been home to us since 2015.
What’s important for you to know is this:
Taco Pedaler is not going away.
We will continue our catering operations and are planning to downsize into a small food cart (location TBD — and we’re always open to ideas!).
There may be a brief pause in some operations during this transition, but we are still:
🌮 Taking catering gigs
🌮 Offering Taco Bar deliveries
🌮 Bringing Taco Pedaler to your events, offices, and celebrations
Sometimes in life, we’re called to return to our roots — and that’s what this moment is for us. From a trike dream to nearly 15 years of Taco Pedaler, our cup truly runneth over. We are endlessly grateful for the love, support, friendships, and memories shared through this brick-and-mortar chapter.
This is not goodbye, but rather see you soon — in a new and different way.
Please stop by in December to say hello (or goodbye, if you’d like), and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to share what’s next.
