The Nargila Garden, Portland's Hookah Bar Thank you so much to our patient customers! We are excited to have re-opened in our new location, the Green Castle food cart pod.

A garden under the stars with inviting pillow-festooned pavilions and a fire pit, where you come to smoke hookah, eat delicious food from an assortment of food cart choices and hang out with friends. We have partnered with Plow, the amazing farm-to-table cart with rotating season-based offerings (a particularly popular example from last summer: chicken-fried steak topped with dill-whipped mashed potatoes and a bourbon-bacon-mushroom reduction sauce), so they are with us in this new location. There's also a Vietnamese cart, a Tex-Mex cart, and a Gluten-Free cart. (Vegan and vegetarian offerings are available.) While we are focusing on hookahs this season and not providing food from our our own cart, there is a wide and delicious food selection available to you here. We offer premium tobacco in many delicious flavors, and you can choose from a variety of beautiful hookah designs, all starting at $16. (Yes, luxury add-ons such as melon bowls and champagne bases will be returning!) Note that we do not put a limit on the number of friends to share a hookah, we do however recommend one hookah per every 3 to 4 members of your party.
