This week's special guest on is Ireland's Grand Dame of wine, Mary Gaynor. Mary began her wine journey in London in the mid 1980's. Mary's journey brought her all around the world to study on 5 continents to obtain her MBA in Wine and Wine Business Management from the University of Bordeaux. One of the first women in the world to receive this honor, Mary brought her wine education home to Kilkenny, Ireland where she taught generations of Irish the world of wine.
