Who needs Vin Jaune and Château Chalon? We all do, right? Cross your fingers that the clavelin will finally become recognized and legal. If this makes the next step and gets posted to the register there will be a 60-day comment period and I will ask all of you to chime in on the Federal site!

Based in Montigny-Les-Arsures, Fumey-Chatelain was founded by Marin Fumey's parents with the first release in 1991. The vines are 15 to 80 years old, and fermentation is with native yeasts with minimal sulfur at bottling. We are excited to introduce these lovely Jura wines to Oregon! Merci bien !
