KÖLSCH NIGHT IS HAPPENING TODAY

Tonight, we’re bringing a true taste of Cologne to the tasting room with traditional Kölsch service. 🍺
Contee, our Kölsch-style ale, is near and dear to our hearts. It’s the first beer we ever made, and it’s one of our most popular beers for good reason. Named after Cobbosseecontee Lake, this clean, crisp ale is truly a fan favorite.
Here’s how it works:
Check in at the bar and let us know you’re here for Kölsch night. We’ll start you a tab with your first pour and give you your special coaster.
Sit wherever you’d like, inside or out, and our staff will move through the tasting room carrying circular trays called kranzs, loaded with fresh Kölsch glasses known as stanges. When your glass gets low, another fresh pour appears at your table automatically. No trips to the bar. No waiting in line. Just crisp Kölsch service the way it’s done in Germany.
Not ready for another? Simply place your coaster on top of your stange, and we’ll know to pause your service.
When you’re done, head back up to the bar and hand your coaster to one of our servers to settle up.
